Shipping

We are proud to offer international shipping services. Please note that the following terms apply:

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a separate email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates
  • Free shipping on orders over $100
  • Standard (4–8 business days): $4.95
  • Express (2–5 business days): $9.95
International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping. Please see the estimated shipping options and costs at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination.

Customs and import duties may be applied to international orders. The customer is responsible for paying these fees. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Returns must be sent back in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Center. You will need your order number and email address. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Please note that sale items are final and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
